Attention!!! We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once they are signed for. ALL shipments will require a signature for delivery.
Please examine your package before signing for it.
Note: We ship in three different packages. (Flat rate envelopes or Paks & medium boxes) via FedEx, UPS, or USPS.
WHEN TO REFUSE YOUR PACKAGE!
Flat rate envelope: If the package is evenly flat, please refuse the package.
Flat Paks: If the Pak seems flat or deflated, please refuse the package.
Medium/large boxes: This is a Jbhairandco. box within the shipping box.
Hold package firmly(holding both boxes together) shake to detect that the content is inside. If it seems hollow, refuse the package.
We only ship product to confirmed addresses. If the shipping address is not the same as the billing address connected with you ATM/Debit/Checking Account it will not confirm. Shipping inside the US may take 5-7 business days. We only ship Monday – Friday. For shipping outside the US please allow 6 to 10 business days. All shipping fees will be $20 Flat Shipping Rate, shipping outside the US $25 per bundle including taxes as well.
Please note that the shipping time frame during sales extends to 7-14 business days. Once your order is placed we will not cancel or refund any pending orders.
RETURN POLICY
Your satisfaction is our forever pursue! We are pleased to accommodate returns and exchanges within 24 hours on all sets that have not been opened, worn, or tampered with. When you receive the hair order, if the hair quality & hair color & hair length is not right, or you are unhappy with your purchase, please e-mail us at jbhaircustomerservice@gmail.com to initiate your return at first and we will be always here to help you. The unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Hope you can understand!
1. How Do I Make A Return?
Easy: Please make sure to contact us with email at first, our email address is jbhaircustomerservice@gmail.com and let us know your order number. We will then provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your set back. All returned items will be inspected to see if you have the qualify for a refund. All items must be returned in its original, factory condition, (unaltered, unworn, unwashed, original uncut lace, original undisposed curl pattern, undamaged and with tags attached with the original packaging & gifts attached) as we do not sell refurbished or previously owned products. Please make sure the wig is intact and the lace has not been cut. Note: We highly recommend to ship your set via a trackable shipping option, customer must provide us with the return tracking number, as that can greatly expedite the process. Please do not refuse to sign for your package. If you want to return it, please sign for your package first, then email jbhaircustomerservice@gmail.com for return instruction. Or you will have to pay the high customs fee resulted from not following our instructions.
2. What Is The Return Period?
We will provide a refund period on unopened hair within 24 hrs of the date that you receive your hair.
3. Do I Have To Pay For The Shipping Of My Return?
Yes, you are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend that you send your return with a tracking option, because JB Hair will not be responsible for lost returns. Note: please indicate "RETURN, NO DUTIES" on the package, otherwise the package may be returned to you.
4. May I Return My JB Hair Without Contacting You?
No. You must contact us prior to sending your return, as the return address may be different from the address your order was originally shipped from. Please be kindly note that if you return the order without contacting us in advance, we will not be able to guarantee your refund and make a complaint in accordance with the policy.
5. When Will I Receive My Refund?
A full refund will be provided to the original method of payment after we have received, inspected and confirmed. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information in order for us to process the refund. Some financial institutions can take up to 3 business days to process the refund. Please allow a few business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund on your statement prior to contacting us.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
JB Hair & Co. isn’t responsible for any lost/damage packages. A signature is required on all packages to avoid stolen shipments. We will not issue any refunds if your package is returned to JB Hair and Co. We will contact you once your package arrives for reshipment.
